Who we are...
Our members include beginner runners as well as experienced runners who had been high school or college athletes.
We run for the same reasons as everyone else --- to get fit, lose weight, crosstrain for other sports, burn calories to
be able to drink more beer, not feel guilty about eating anything on the menu, experience that "Runner's High",
improve our times, participate in local 5K's, run major races alongside world-class athletes,
enjoy socializing with friends, or just feeling proud of our accomplishments.
We welcome people who'd like to run with us. Just show up for a run if you're in the northern Delaware area.
It doesn't matter if you are male or female, single or married, white or black or green, skinny or not so skinny,
young or not so young.
If outside Delaware, feel free to contact us anyway. Maybe you can find your own running group!
